Integrating the advantages of both line rail and hard rail machining center machines, the X/Y axis adopts line rail, while the Z axis adopts hard rail, which has fast motion speed, low rolling friction resistance, convenient lubrication, and good long-term working stability. It is suitable for small chip size and fast cutting; The Z-axis adopts a hard rail, and the machining center has a large cutting force and feed during rough machining (such as cast iron and copper castings), which can effectively avoid the problem of severe vibration of the bed and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the machining center.

1、 Precision and stability of machine tools:
1. The bed is designed with a high-density cast iron structure, with strong rigidity and an ultra wide base. The saddle is widened and lengthened to ensure heavy load capacity during processing.
2. The "human" shaped column design has a sturdy structure and high strength. The total weight of the machine tool is 5-10 tons, with good stability and no vibration during high-speed displacement, ensuring the accuracy of high-speed cutting and processing. The rapid feed reaches 36m/minute. The Z-axis adopts a brake type servo motor, paired with a non counterweight design, to improve the Z-axis driving performance and achieve the best surface accuracy during 3D machining.
3. All three axes adopt Taiwan's Shangyin/Yintai screw rod C3 grade, with linear ball guide rails and nut pair ball screw rods, which have a large contact area and can withstand large loads,
4. The motor end and tail end bearings of the ball screw are all equipped with imported P4 grade combination dedicated high-speed bearings. The three-axis ball screw is pre stretched, with stable performance and improved axial power transmission efficiency. It has high rigidity, low noise, low friction characteristics, and high processing accuracy.
5. The three-axis adopts high-precision C3 grade ball screw and uses precision ball bearings for pre tensioning to reduce precision errors during thermal expansion and prevent damage to system precision components under high temperatures. The three-axis ball screw is equipped with a support mechanism to improve axial power transmission efficiency, with a displacement of 36 meters/minute, saving processing time

2、 The Huazheng High Rigid Hard Rail Processing Center adopts imported high-precision and high-performance servo motors and spindles:
1. The spindle is selected from a well-known brand in Taiwan, with a built-in spindle that can effectively eliminate thermal stress. After dynamic balance inspection and adjustment, it has low vibration and can effectively extend the lifespan of the spindle.
2. The spindle is cooled to a constant temperature using an oil cooler to ensure that it does not affect the precision of the spindle during high-speed operation. Gas protection is added to prevent impurities such as iron filings from affecting the precision of the spindle cone hole.
3. Servo motor, selected with high torque and high horsepower, suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining needs, low inertia spindle, sensitive response to high-speed tapping, and quick and accurate tool change of tool arm type tool magazine; Improve machining efficiency. The spindle motor and spindle are driven directly to extend tool life;
4. The spindle motor can be purchased in ultra-low inertia specifications, with a maximum tapping speed of 4000rpm (acceleration time of only 0.3 seconds), greatly reducing tapping time.
5. The conventional use of Mitsubishi's new HF series servo motor has a faster response rate and output horsepower, with a three-axis acceleration of 1.5/1.2/1.1G, which can shorten the settling time even more when moving over short distances;
