The high rigidity hard rail machining center is a vertical machining center for X, Y, and Z axis hard rails, built with high-quality castings. Adopting a double nut design for precision machining, it has strong cutting ability and excellent accuracy.
The Huazheng Precision Machine Hard Rail Processing Center is suitable for processing cast iron steel parts, iron parts, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, and other parts and molds.
1、 Precision and stability of machine tools:
1. The bed is designed with a high-density cast iron structure, with strong rigidity and an ultra wide base. The saddle is widened and lengthened to ensure heavy load capacity during processing.
2. The "human" shaped column design has a sturdy structure and high strength. The total weight of the machine tool is 5-15 tons, with good stability and no vibration during high-speed displacement, ensuring the accuracy of high-speed cutting and processing. The rapid feed reaches 24m/minute. The Z-axis adopts a brake type servo motor, paired with a non counterweight design, to improve the Z-axis driving performance and achieve the best surface accuracy during 3D machining.
3. All three shafts adopt Taiwan's Shangyin/Yintai screw rod C3 grade, and use precision ball bearings for pre tensioning to reduce precision errors during thermal expansion and prevent damage to system precision components under high temperatures. The nut pair ball screw has a large contact area and can withstand large loads,
4. The motor end and tail end bearings of the ball screw are all equipped with imported P4 grade combination dedicated high-speed bearings. The three-axis ball screw is pre stretched, with stable performance and improved axial power transmission efficiency. It has high rigidity, low noise, low friction characteristics, and high processing accuracy.

2、 The Huazheng High Rigid Hard Rail Processing Center adopts imported high-precision, high-performance servo and spindle:
1. The spindle is selected from a well-known brand in Taiwan, with a built-in spindle that can effectively eliminate thermal stress. After dynamic balance inspection and adjustment, it has low vibration and can effectively extend the lifespan of the spindle.
2. The spindle is cooled to a constant temperature using an oil cooler to ensure that it does not affect the precision of the spindle during high-speed operation. Gas protection is added to prevent impurities such as iron filings from affecting the precision of the spindle cone hole.
3. Servo motor, usually using Mitsubishi's new HF series servo motor, with faster response speed and output of high-power motor, three-axis acceleration reaching 1.5/1.2/1.1G, which can shorten the settling time even more when moving over short distances;
4. The spindle motor can be purchased in ultra-low inertia specifications, with a maximum tapping speed of 4000rpm (acceleration time of only 0.3 seconds), greatly reducing tapping time. Adapt to the needs of high-speed and high-precision machining.
5. Low inertia spindle, sensitive response to high-speed tapping, and fast and accurate tool change in the tool arm type tool magazine; Improve machining efficiency. The spindle motor and spindle are driven directly to extend tool life;
3、 System and electronic control
1. The electric control box adopts a heat exchanger for heat dissipation and constant temperature cooling to prevent electrical components from overheating and catching fire. It adopts a rear chip design and is equipped with a rear flushing system,
2. The water tank adopts a double box type with large capacity, which can quickly discharge cutting heat and be placed on the inner side of the machine to save space;
3. Huazheng High Speed Three Line Rail Processing Center System: optional with systems such as Mitsubishi, Frank, Siemens, New Generation, Baoyuan, Huazhong, Guangzhou CNC, Weihong, etc. The Mitsubishi system is commonly used and can support 18 languages. It can expand memory cards and store thousands of programs, which can be called at any time, eliminating the hassle of processing while transmitting.
