    1) Precision and stability of machine tools:
    1. The bed is designed with a high-density cast iron structure, with strong rigidity and an ultra wide base. The saddle is widened and lengthened to ensure heavy load capacity during processing.

    3. All three axes adopt Taiwan's Shangyin/Yintai screw rod C3 grade, with linear ball guide rails and nut pair ball screw rods, which have a large contact area and can withstand large loads,
    4. The motor end and tail end bearings of the ball screw are all equipped with imported P4 grade combination dedicated high-speed bearings. The three-axis ball screw is pre stretched, with stable performance and improved axial power transmission efficiency. It has high rigidity, low noise, low friction characteristics, and high processing accuracy.

The three-axis adopts high-precision C3 grade ball screw and uses precision ball bearings for pre tensioning to reduce precision errors during thermal expansion and prevent damage to system precision components under high temperatures. The three-axis ball screw is equipped with a support mechanism to improve axial power transmission efficiency, with a displacement of 48 meters/minute, saving processing time


    2) The Huazheng High Rigid Hard Rail Processing Center adopts imported high-precision and high-performance servo motors and spindles:
    1. The spindle is selected from a well-known brand in Taiwan, with a built-in spindle that can effectively eliminate thermal stress. After dynamic balance inspection and adjustment, it has low vibration and can effectively extend the lifespan of the spindle.
    2. The spindle is cooled to a constant temperature using an oil cooler to ensure that it does not affect the precision of the spindle during high-speed operation. Gas protection is added to prevent impurities such as iron filings from affecting the precision of the spindle cone hole.
    3. Low inertia spindle, sensitive response to high-speed tapping, and fast and accurate tool change in the tool arm type tool magazine; Improve machining efficiency. The spindle motor and spindle are driven directly to extend tool life;
    4. The conventional use of Mitsubishi's new HF series servo motor has faster response speed and higher output motor horsepower. The three-axis acceleration reaches 1.5/1.2/1.1G, which can shorten the settling time even more when moving over short distances; Adapt to the needs of high-speed and high-precision machining.
    5. The spindle motor can be purchased in ultra-low inertia specifications, with a maximum tapping speed of 4000rpm (acceleration time of only 0.3 seconds), greatly reducing tapping time.


    3) System and electronic control
    1. The electric control box adopts a heat exchanger for heat dissipation, with constant cooling temperature to prevent electrical components from overheating and catching fire. It adopts a rear chip design,
