The high rigidity integrated forming base and the wide column base are made of cast iron, which has high physical properties, It will not distort or deform even in harsh environments. The spindle structure adopts high-quality hard alloy steel, with firm and stable rotational speed; The casting undergoes heat treatment, structural strength, and the combination of reinforcing ribs to enhance the high rigidity of the machine; The three axes are supported by tracks, which can support heavy loads and move quickly to ensure accurate positioning; The base is wide and solid, the saddle is widened and lengthened, and the fully supported design has outstanding heavy load capacity; The main shaft cavity is reinforced with ribs to provide stable support for the main shaft, ensuring work accuracy during high-speed operation; Three axis motor and precision high-speed ball screw.

     

    1) Precision and stability of machine tools:

    2. The three-axis high-speed displacement reaches 48 meters/minute, which is fast and saves processing time. The spindle motor and spindle are driven directly, reducing errors caused by belts during high-speed tapping and extending tool life;

The conventional use of Mitsubishi's new HF series servo motor has a faster response rate and output horsepower, with a three-axis acceleration of 1.5/1.2/1.1G, which can shorten the settling time even more when moving over short distances; The spindle motor can be purchased in ultra-low inertia specifications, with a maximum tapping speed of 4000rpm (acceleration time of only 0.3 seconds), greatly reducing tapping time.
    4. Suitable for producing complex cavities and surfaces of 2D and 3D concave convex model machines with various shapes; The three-axis high-speed displacement can reach 60m/minute, which is fast and greatly saves processing time.
    5. Adopting Taiwan made precision C3 grade high-speed silent screw rod, pre pressing is implemented to eliminate the expansion caused by temperature rise when moving the ball screw rod and the tooth clearance of the transfer shaft. With rolling instead of sliding, the friction loss is small and the positioning accuracy is high; Assembly is easy to interchange, and the lubrication structure is not complex.

     

    2) Spindle

    3. Adopting a high-power servo motor, the spindle is suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining needs. Suitable for high-speed heavy chip machining; Adopting a mechanical press and release device to complete loading and unloading while moving the Z-axis, improving the efficiency of tool replacement;
    4. The spindle is directly driven by a motor to transmit torque, in order to achieve higher drilling and tapping effects; The high-speed operation of the spindle is matched with the spindle oil temperature control system, which automatically detects and controls the temperature difference, ensuring that the spindle operates at a constant temperature, improving the accuracy and lifespan of the spindle operation.
